Job objectives : Responsible for sales target of Service and maintenance for Data Center

Job Descriptions :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote M&E Service & Maintenance solutions for Data Centers.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, including colocation providers, hyperscale data centers, enterprises, and cloud service providers.
• Provide technical sales support for preventive and corrective maintenance services related to:
• Electrical Systems: UPS, backup generators, switchgear, power distribution units (PDU), circuit breakers.
• Mechanical Systems: HVAC, chillers, precision cooling, fire suppression, and airflow management.
• Conduct site assessments and understand client pain points to recommend tailored maintenance solutions.
• Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, and service contracts, ensuring alignment with industry standards (e.g., Uptime Institute, TIA-942).
• Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging technologies, and best practices in data center facility management.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or any related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Facility Management, M&E Services, or Data Center Solutions Sales.
• Strong knowledge of data center critical infrastructure, service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintenance best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have own car and a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a vehicle for work-related travel.
