Job Description:

We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer (OpenStack) who will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, maintaining and upgrading the OpenStack Cloud Implementation for production and nonproduction environments.

 

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in Cloud service.
• Perform installations/implement OpenStack
• Perform file replication, script managements for server
• Knowledge of RedHat Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu
• Monitoring of Unix/Linux servers
• Knowledge of server hardware and software
• Improve for network and cloud combination

 

Responsibilities:

• Implement OpenStack.
• Design and implement software and hardware.
• Support the Business Development and Channel Sales on all aspects of onboarding, enablement and support to ensure that they are fully enabled to successfully sell and support Sysware’s Networking solution to partners and end customers.
• Remote Support Technical to prospect and customer.
• Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure
• Able to respond to the functional and technical elements of tender documents, such as RFIs/RFPs and support the partner community with this activity.
• Working with the partner, drive Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements to a success outcome.
• Provide support to help answer complex technical and competitive questions.
• On Call for Critical issues.
• Be flexible to perform additional duties as required

 

Requirements:

• Thai, Myanmar, Cambodia, Male and Female, Age 25-35 (with work permitted)
• Strong technical in OpenStack
• Installation and configuration of required network components
• Knowledge of Apache, Nginx, DHCP, DNS, SMTP, NTP, NFS, TCP/IP
• Knowledge of firewalls, load balancers
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies such as KVM, VMware ESXi, virtual networking, Linux containers, SDN/NFV
• Knowledge of IP Routing technologies and networking protocols
• Configuration of required file systems
• Installation monitoring tools
• Installation of other required administration tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
