IT Support Specialist (O365, Microsoft Cloud) Urgent!!
Rate: Salary 45K-80K
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1. Handle technical level 2 queries from end-users related to Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
2. Support Microsoft Technology products and services, which include answering questions, troubleshooting problems, training or instructing customers in Microsoft Office Suite and Server Products.
3. Follow document procedures by email, or phone call.
4. Take all necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction at the end of the call
คุณสมบัติ
– Thai Nationality
– Age 25-30
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
– 2-5 years experience in Pre-sale and supporting Microsoft Software products in IT organizations
– Excellent written and verbal English communication
– Teamwork and willing to learn in technology
– Good Presentation Skill
– Knowledge of the technical troubleshooting and problem analysis process.
– Ability to organize and analyze, and eliminate technical obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches.
