Job Summary
The Field Marketing organization plans, executes, analyzes, and optimizes all marketing activities in each sales region. The primary goal is to increase awareness and drive demand for Nutanix products and solutions. The FMM teams work closely with the local sales teams, regional distribution and reseller partners, corporate marketing team, and alliances partners to execute events, demand generation programs, and channel enablement activities. This is a high impact role that is instrumental to the continued rapid growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Develop deep understanding of target audience, including pain points, spending profiles, key projects and initiatives, and competing solutions, across all sales regions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with sales team leaders, key channel partners, and top technology alliance partners.
• Ensure quarterly pipeline and lead goals are met to support the sustained growth of the business.
• Oversee development of marketing plans with all regional sales teams and top channel partners on a quarterly basis and participate in QBRs as appropriate.
• Work closely with corporate marketing teams (e.g. demand generation, product marketing, product management and channel marketing) to align around common goals and ensure overall health of the business in each sales region.
• Measure ROI for all activities and analyze the sales funnel to identify areas for continual improvement.
• Participate in social media broadcasting and engagement as appropriate.
• Assist in the identification and development of user case studies and press releases with corporate communications.
• Assist in the coordination of media press conferences and industry research analysts such as Gartner, IDC, Forrester and others, together with the corporate communications group.
• Identify print and online media opportunities
• Maintain assets and collateral for translation/distribution as required per country.
• Upload and maintain lead generation lists to SalesForce and Marketo systems.
• Generate and maintain an array of financial reporting / budgeting documents for the regions.
• Travel within coverage areas; position includes ~20% travel internationally.
