Network Monitoring and Analytic (2 positions)
As a Network Monitoring and Analytic, you will work with professional team to develop or customize network monitoring or network & security analysis solution for our enterprise customer.
Qualification:
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT related fields
• 0 – 3 years in related field
• Having knowledge in Network Protocol (TCP/IP, SNMP, Netflow, IPSLA)
• Having knowledge and experience in router, switch (Cisco, Huawei) configuration
• Having knowledge and experience in Programming Language (Java, JavaScript)
• Able to use Linux (Redhat/CentOS/Ubuntu)
• Experience in IT operations or Network Monitoring is advantage
• Able to support onsite in Bangkok area
• Self-Creativity & Problem Solving
• Good communication skill
• Able to communicate in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
Job Description:
• Setup and implement Enterprise Software/Tools for network monitoring, network & security analysis system
• Develop/customize solution based on customer requirement e.g. customize script, reports etc.
• Onsite support and provide user problem resolution in customer environment
• Provide proactive communication regarding system outages or issues and work around
• Collaborating with team members to get requirement and develop solutions for the changes/fixes
• Test, verify and apply the changes/fixes on testing and production system
• Provide project documentation e.g. operation document, testing document, user manual
• Flexible working time to solve customer problem if needed
