Job Description:

• Participate with business stakeholders and enterprise architecture team to review business drivers, needs and strategies and assess the implications to the information and data architecture.
• Understand how the operations of the business and legislative and compliance frameworks will have an impact upon data in the short, medium and longer terms.
• Identify, assess, and document business requirements for data, advise business and technical team on options, risks, and costs versus benefits.
• Develop data architecture deliverables in accordance with methodologies and consistent with the target architecture.
• Define data structures, data description and data architecture, this can include data models, data definitions, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries and data migration approaches.
• Contribute business process perspective during the database, information flow design and technical design reviews.
• Partner with Data Governance Office to develop standards and procedures for data model and enforce these standards and procedures through regularly review process.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree/Master degree in Computer or related fields.
• Minimum 8-10 years experienced in Data Management.
• Strong knowledge in Data Architecture Management, Database Operation Management, Data Security Management.
• Knowledge IT strategy, IT governance and Enterprise Architecture.
• Good communication skill and negotiation skill.
