Responsibilities:                                                                                                        

1. Onsite/ Implement/Service/Preventive Maintenance to customers for Data Management Solution Products (Server, Storage, Networking, VMware, Backup and Archiving Software)                       2. Troubleshooting and problem solving.
3. Provide consulting to serve the customer need.
4. Track problems found during installation / configuration activities
