TakeMeTour is a startup that want to change the way we travel. We connect travelers and local people via the marketplace system. Currently, we are largest local tours marketplace in Thailand. TakeMeTour is funded by 500 TukTuks, dtac accerelate, and other investors.

TakeMeTour Tech Stack

We choose modern tech stack that match startup’s characteristics in aspects of performance, ease of learning, and adaptability to change. Our stack consists of

• ReactJS (With Next.js)
• NodeJS (Micro-service architecture)
• MongoDB, Redis, Memcached, Elasticsearch
• Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform

For JavaScript/Infrastructure Engineer at TakeMeTour, you will be handing these responsibilities

• Coding backend API using NodeJS connected to MongoDB
• Taking care of TakeMeTour infrastructure that uses Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform
• And if you are interested in, you can also learn to code frontend side using ReactJS, Next.js too

Qualifications above are just what will you be handling once you work with TakeMeTour. It is not necessary that you can do them all beforehand. As long as you are opened to learn new things, we are so happy to share knowledge and experience.
