Responsibilities:

• Health check all of the services that running on Unix/Linux system, including database (Oracle , Mysql)
• List of all the issues and coordinating with Level2Support
• Patch update service on staging and testing of the bug and corresponding impact modules
• Regression testing of all services regularly(monthly)
• Managing client communication in case of major issues
• Daily report to client on open issues and open CRs along with the status in predefined format
• Coordinating with Business and Tech teams for new  Change Requests
• Provide consulting to serve the customer need.
• Track problems found during installation / configuration activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of progressively responsible experience with UNIX/LINUX OS and Oracle/Mysql DB
• 1 year of experience with production support and system operations functions including release installation and coordination, acceptance testing, disaster recovery planning and testing
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Able to troubleshoot and solve computer problems.
