Job Qualification
- Having a minimum of bachelor in Telecommunication engineering or similar (e.g. Computer, Technology, Electrical). Master degree is welcome.
- At least 5 years in Telecommunication field (e.g. Network Solution, Data com, IP network, Switch or IT.
- At least 1 years of experience in engineering management role.
- Proven Vision, Drive, Persistence, Optimism and Organizational skills.
- A team builder and motivator, a leader, a communicator, a team player.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Good analytical and planning skills.
- Own vehicle and able to work in the province.
- Handy with MS–office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Practical in written and spoken English.
Job Description
- Planning ahead to sell products (e.g. Telecom network, Data com, IT, Security network), Design solution and support sales team.
- Creating an inspiring, managing and developing team environment with an open communication culture.
- Setting clear team goal and delegating tasks and set deadlines for your internal team.
- Study and understand the trend of technologies, telecom network, Data com, IT, Security network.
- Collect and analyze all marketing information with sales team.
- Manage and control operation of engineering team related to products (e.g. Telecom network, Data com, IT, Security network) and services of the organization.
- Coordinate between the organization and the customer. Present and provide the products (e.g. Telecom network, Data com, IT, Security network) and services of the organization reliably.
- Create and support the organization ‘s solutions to customers as prescribed.
- Be able to identify the main needs of customers and offer solutions to problems.
- Be able to calculate, plan, formulate, strategize, and recommend plans for the organization to create new business opportunities.
- Work as assigned by supervisor.
