NTT Communications รับสมัคร IT Procurement Staff: Strategy & Sourcing Team

Responsibilities:

1. Perform Request for Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers.
2. Negotiate with suppliers about the price, lead – time and Terms and Conditions (T&C)
3. Monitoring about supplier price and quality.
4. Process purchase requisition and create PR / PO to vendor.
5. Control of product delivery status.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to determine procurement needs, quality, delivery and service requirements.
7. Ad – hoc as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Male / Female, age 23 – 30 years old.
2. Bachelor Degree in Administration or Computer Engineer or any Related Field,
3. At least 1 years’ experiences in Procurment role.
4. Experience with specification of project procurement, RFQ, Negotiatioin with suppliers / Lead – time / Terms and Conditions is preferred.
5. Experience with IT Product / IT Procurement process will be advantage.
6. Ability to listen, coordinate and negotiate with vendor, customer, and crossed-functional discipline.
7. Ability to use MS Offices (Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint) / Negotiation Skill / Positive Thinking is preferred.
8. Good command in English communication.
9. Ability to follow up progress, analyze problem, find and propose solution, and report.
10. Ability to work and support as a team.
