Security Operation Support
- Provide proactive customer support and assist with complex and critical issues for Client.
- Maintain remote access to Client’s environment and continually review and test those environments for compatibility issues.
- Work with QA team for product readiness to ensure Client use cases are considered in customer-like inhouse testing.
- Communicate proactively with accounts regarding product and program information supportability.
- Coordinate problem management activities and escalations in the best interest of customer and in line with strategic milestones.
- Track Client’s participation and the progress of customer centric projects like beta programs and other strategic initiatives and documents are customer interactions, while providing proactive customer communication such as status and trip reports.
- Act as a liaison between the Client and other.
- Onsite customer meeting to service status.
- To support in the implementation until completion.
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female 21-35 year old
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 1-5 years of experience as a Support Engineer for Security Solution (eg DLP, Endpoint Security,SD-WAN).
- Minimum 1 year of MSSQL database administration experience with strong preference on Cassandra.
- Good Shell scripting & Linux system administrator skills,window system.
- A quick and keen learner on new technologies and ability to work independently.
- Fluent English/Thai Speaking and Reading.
- Be matured, high responsibility and hard working.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure.
