*Installation of new systems for customers around APAC region,
*Training newsroom journalists, editors, producers & IT staff at TV Stations,
*Communication via e-mail and telephone hot-line,
*Remotely solving advanced technical problems,

-ทักษะที่จำเป็นในการทำงาน
*Advanced knowledge of Windows (Desktop, Server) & Unix (Linux, MAC) administration.
*Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
*Experience in database administration and SQL is an advantage
*Basic programming knowledge is an advantage
*Training, presentation and good interpersonal skills are an advantage
*Experience in the previous support role is an advantage
*Time flexibility (work on shifts, ability to travel on short notice)
*Responsibility, Reliability, Team Player, Self Developing Skills
*Fluent spoken and written communication in English, Thai citizenship
ทำงาน จันทร์ถึงศุกร์ 7:00-15:00 หรือ 09:00-17:00น.
มีโอกาศได้เดินทางต่างประเทศเพื่อทำงาน ติดตั้ง/อบรม ผู้ใช้งานและผู้ดูแลระบบ
