By now we’re opening for the candidate whom would like to be our part of PTT Group to join in the positions of IT as below details:
1. Process Improvement (BA)
Responsibilities :
- Response for managing the life cycle of all problems for both prevent the incident and minimize the impact of incident of Operation service Teams.
- Manage work process to act as the leader in case to find solutions such as complaint from End user which relate to Infrastructure and Applications including of tracking in relate case .
- Provide and embedment in New Technology for process in the new ways of solutions and New tools for support in Operation Service Team’s work process.
- Representative as the planner in design and continuous improvement and innovation by Indentify Knowledge and Skill gaps for Improve Operation Service teams Including of act as the innovator for summarize the New Technology for find the suitable tech to support work process.
Qualification
- Male/Female, Thai Nationality, age not over 36 years old
- Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in IT, Finance , Law,Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Business Analyst,Business Development, Process Improvement ,Problem Management, Project Manager or related areas.
- Understanding of the framework of Operation Support Teams.
- Understanding and Knowledge in solutions skill both Infrastructure and Application .
- Positive thinking, able to self-starter, willing to learn new things, and flexible to changes including of Self development for follow the New Tech Including of Decision Maker.
