#Head of F5 Technical Team
- Responsibilities
The Head Team plays a pivotal role in Team Management and taking care F5 Product which are the leader in application services and cyber security solution. - Pre-sales Role:
– Engage in presales activities including presentation, meeting and product demo/POC.
– Design and architect solution to meet and solve customer challenges/requirement. - Post sales Role:
– Installation including Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samut Prakan
– Support and services with
* SLA 8×5 including onsite Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samut Prakan
* SLA 24×7 including onsite Bangkok, Nonthaburi. - Others Requirements:
– Knowledge of F5 product and solution including Traffic Management, Application Security, Infrastructure Security Automation, Orchestration, Management, Container and NGINX.
– Product training to customer.
– Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
– Liaising with vendors, partner and customer.
– Able to work upcountry.
– Product certificate.
– Team management.
– Other related functions as may be requested by Technical team lead. - Personal Qualities
– Develop technical solutions and update new security trend to improve your T-shaped skills.
– Good growth mindset, team work, passion, work smart, professional and work under pressure. - Work Experience
– A minimum of 5 years of related experience in F5 and cyber security solution.
– A minimum of 5 years pre-sales and post sales experience.
#F5 Product Specialist
- Responsibilities
The Product Specialist plays a pivotal role in taking care F5 Product which are the leader in application services and cyber security solution. - Pre-sales Role:
– Engage in presales activities including presentation, meeting and product demo/POC.
– Design and architect solution to meet and solve customer challenges/requirement. - Post sales Role:
– Installation including Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samut Prakan

- Responsibilities
The Product Engineer plays a pivotal role in taking care BeyondTrust and Tenable products which are the leader in the identity and privilege access management and cyber security solution. - Pre-sales Role:
– Engage in presales activities including presentation, meeting and product demo/POC.
– Design and architect solution to meet and solve customer challenges/requirement. - Post sales Role:
– Installation including Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samut Prakan.
– Support and services with
* SLA 8×5 including onsite Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani and Samut Prakan.
* SLA 24×7 including onsite Bangkok, Nonthaburi. - Others Requirements:
– Knowledge of Privilege Access Management and Vulnerability Management.
– Product training to customer.
– Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
– Liaising with vendors, partner and customer.
– Able to work upcountry.
– Product certificate exam. (Optional)
– Other related functions as may be requested by Head team.

**Full time Monday to Friday (09:00 AM -18:00 PM)**
