Project Manager

Role & Responsibility

• Manage the projects in a structured and professional manner according to Scrum methodology, the Scrum Master will co-ordinate and plan all Scrum ceremonies and ensure the agile processes are being followed
• Support of the software to a level which is acceptable for to estimate the level of effort and to deliver
• Manages project initiation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed.
• Analyze requirements and define the most efficient/appropriate solutions
• Responsible for being the coordinator and fixer of all issues and ensuring the team can deliver with minimal problem software.
• Help drive continual improvement and innovation in the platform and application development process
• Responsible for tracking team progress through backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, etc.
• Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the project acceptance, handover documentation and ongoing activities to accountable teams and complete a postimplementation review to identify areas of improvement.
• Work with clients to co-create experience and design-led propositions that will delight their customers
• Work with customers to establish a roadmap that will positively influence customer NPS and lower cost

Key Requirements

• Proven experience working in an Agile cross-functional environment and managing teams through an end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecyle (SDLC)
• Strong project and program management, including advising and influencing clients at all level of seniority regarding business processes and operations
• Experience in leveraging big data and fast-moving web environments, including awareness of the different requirements for mobile technologies and platforms
• Lead or participate in a team to best service our clients’ needs while developing an understanding of client strategic direction, issues and project goals
