Duties
- Work directly with end users to provide technical support, installation, maintenance, problem diagnosis, backup, trouble-shooting and administration of applications
- Provide network support and assist in monitoring of server and network equipment
- Ensure the quality of mobile app/website throughout development life cycle
- Manage end users and reported issues and support cases, provide summary issue report to team in a weekly basis
- Assist in managing hardware and software inventories
- Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science related disciplines or above
- With 2+ years relevant experience in Technical Support
- Strong understanding of PCs, mobile phones, peripherals, and various operating systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Mac OS, iOS, and Android
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, Network Infrastructure, Internet Security
- Familiar with MySQL is a plus
- Knowledge of programming is a plus
- A team-player with the ability of working independently
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
