Seven Peaks Software – Scrum Master

As we are rapidly expanding our scrum implementation across the organization, and are looking for Scrum Masters to join our Scrum Office.

This position is open to any person who has the passion to become a great scrum master, and not just to project managers and developers.

Responsibilities:

?Lead the scrum team in using Scrum methodology and scrum practices
? Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
? Lead the scrum team in self-organization
? Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
? Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
? Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
? Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
? Support the product owner and provide education where needed
? Once sufficiently trained and skilled, a great scrum master will protect the team from both internal and external negative factors

Qualifications:

⭐️ Thai Nationality
⭐️ Junior or inexperienced scrum masters can apply, but must be dedicated to the craft and willing to learn in order to improve.
⭐️ Prior experience on a scrum team is a plus
⭐️ Domain experience in software development is a must
⭐️ Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
⭐️ Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
⭐️ Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
⭐️ Ability to work within a team, loners need not apply
⭐️ Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
⭐️ Ability to adapt to a changing environment
⭐️ Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
⭐️ Certification from scrum.org or scrumalliance.org is a plus
⭐️High competency in English (speaking/reading/writing)
