Responsibilities:
- Incident and request management (apply ITIL)
Investigate problem and find out root cause (with providing interim solution)
Chronic incidents analysis
Logging and monitoring application/system
Regular incident reporting
Include standby remote support on non-office time - Master data and data list maintenance for application admin
- Business specification document and update
- Software release process
Prepare Test plan and test scenario for SIT
Execute/ review test result
Control version for deploy software to test/QA/production environment - User documentation and training / knowledge sharing
FAQ document and update
Work Time : Monday – Friday 08:00 am. – 05.30 pm.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree or higher in computer related field
- Work experience at least 2 years
- English communication in reading, writing, speaking and listening (referable in experience is preferred)
- Experience on supporting role (network, server, application or etc.)
- Analytical skill and experience (the must)
Logical thinking
Strategy / decision making - Technical experience
Database skill on SQL writing either Microsoft or Oracle
Programming language skill
Command on Window server and Linux
