Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading crypto trading company. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and automation tools that support our crypto trading platform. Your expertise in cloud technologies, automation, security practices, and e-KYC system design will contribute to the seamless operation of our systems and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions for our crypto trading platform.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated deployment processes.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new features and enhancements.
• Conduct security audits and implement necessary measures to safeguard our infrastructure, data, and e-KYC system.
• Design and implement an e-KYC system that adheres to regulatory compliance requirements and ensures secure and efficient user onboarding and verification processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and implement innovative solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide support and address any production incidents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in DevOps practices and methodologies within the crypto or financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
• Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security controls.
• Experience designing and implementing e-KYC systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and secure user onboarding and verification processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with high-volume, low-latency trading systems.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges and trading protocols.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in the crypto industry.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
