Job Responsibilities:

1. System Analysis and Design

• Study and analyze business requirements.
• Design system architecture and data flow.
• Define system scope and functional requirements.

2. Process Study and Improvement

• Analyze and understand current processes (As-Is Process).
• Propose improved processes (To-Be Process) for greater efficiency.

3. Documentation

• Prepare documents such as Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
• Create diagrams including:
  • Use Case Diagram
  • Flowchart Diagram
  • Swimlane Diagram
  • Data Flow Diagram (DFD)
  • Entity-Relationship Diagram (ERD)
  • Data Dictionary
• Design wireframes to outline screen layout and basic UX/UI.
• Prepare user manuals.
• Prepare test documentation: Test Plan, Test Case, Test Scenario.

4. Coordination with Related Teams

• Work with users to understand real business needs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers (PM) to align on scope and timeline.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure system development meets requirements.
• Collaborate with testers to create test plans, test cases, and scenarios, and to verify system quality.

5. System Testing and Verification

• Conduct system tests to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Analyze and resolve issues identified during testing.

6. System Support and Consultation

• Train and guide end users.
• Provide post-deployment support and resolve arising issues.

7. System Monitoring and Enhancement

• Analyze system performance and suggest improvements.
• Research and apply new technologies to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Age not exceeding 35 years old.
• Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of technical diagrams such as UML and BPMN for effective communication with teams and clients.
• Experience in verifying system functionality against requirements.
• Excellent negotiation skills to achieve project objectives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
• Ability to create simple UX/UI designs for effective communication with teams and clients.
• Familiarity with technical terms such as API, Microservices, Database, Authentication, Front-End, and Back-End.
• Demonstrate passion for product development, project management, and effective stakeholder engagement.
