Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Linux infrastructure for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Build and maintain automation tools and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Engineering teams to implement infrastructure improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues across multiple layers (network, OS, applications).
- Contribute to internal documentation, system standards, and technical reviews.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Linux system administration or SRE.
- Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
- Strong grasp of networking, system security, and cloud architecture fundamentals.
- Experience with virtualization/container platforms (Docker, KVM, VMware).
- Comfortable working in CI/CD and version-controlled environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, etc.).
- Exposure to cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, serverless functions).
- Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
