Responsibilities:

• Design and manage database systems including SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Progress.
• Monitor and optimize database performance to ensure stability and security.
• Plan and execute data backup and recovery processes.
• Establish standards and guidelines for the DBA team’s operations.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support database usage.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to database management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a DBA, with proficiency in SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, or Progress.
• Knowledge of database backup, recovery, and security practices.
• Ability to perform database performance tuning and use monitoring tools.
• Strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with development and infrastructure teams.
• Positive attitude toward learning new technologies and systematic problem-solving skills.
