Responsibilities :
- Deliver effective technical pitching that convincingly engages customers (Key KPI)
- Design end-to-end solutions / architecture (Key KPI)
- Recommend accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) (Key KPI)
- Develop unique selling points and success use cases
- Provide technical enablement to internal sales team
- Prepare technical proposals and solution scope
- Position the right solution based on customer use case
- Conduct requirement gathering and discovery sessions
- Deliver demo and Proof of Concept (POC)
- Respond to technical queries, RFPs, and tender requirements
- Work with vendor/principal on technical validation
- Support deal closure from a technical standpoint
Qualifications :
- 5–10 years experience in pre-sales / solution engineering (networking)
- Strong knowledge in wired & wireless networking solutions
- Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and convincingly engage technical stakeholders
- Strong experience in solution design / architecture and BOM creation
- Hands-on experience with RFP, tender response, demo and POC execution
- Ability to translate technical solutions into business value
- Experience working with vendors/principals and channel partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills
