What you’ll be doing

• Lead software testing for backend and web application across squad ensure test coverage and software
  quality
• Mentor and manage QA for backend and web application automation testing with best practice and
  coverage
• Manage test cases and document fulfilling compliance and governance
• Support QA testing on backend and web application technology stack
• Ensure QA team growth and maturity regard testing context
  What we’re looking for
• 7+ years experience in QA software engineer
• 3+ years experience in backend and web application testing with automation
• 2+ years experience in Agile Scrum software development
• 2+ years experience in non functional testing
• Expertise in Jmeter, Postman, Selenium, or similar tools
• Deep knowledge of test automation, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing
• Proficient in Thai and English at intermediate level or above, sufficient for technical discussions,
  meetings, and written documentation
• Can work at the office at least 4 days a week (Mon-Thu)
• English test score (e.g. TOEIC 550+, IELTS 5.5+, or equivalent)
