Job Description

• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to understand functional
  requirements and acceptance criteria
• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Mobile Applications
  (iOS/Android), Web Applications, APIs, and Backend services
• Perform functional, integration, system, regression for banking or enterprise systems
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing using industry-standard tools and
  frameworks
• Execute automated and manual test cycles, ensuring high product quality and release readiness
• Validate data accuracy, business rules, and end-to-end workflows across front-end and backend
  systems
• Log, track, and manage defects through their lifecycle; collaborate closely with developers to ensure
  timely resolution
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing
• Prepare and maintain test documentation, test evidence, and test reports in compliance with
  organizational and regulatory standards
• Support continuous improvement of QA processes, automation best practices, and test coverage across
  products

Job Specification

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in QA engineering
• 3+ years of experience testing Mobile Apps, Web Applications, APIs, and Backend systems
• 2+ years of experience in test automation within Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience in banking, fintech, or large-scale enterprise systems is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and test design techniques
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or
  similar
• API automation and testing experience using Postman, RestAssured, Karate, Newman, or similar
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, Xray, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database validation
• Working knowledge of version control systems (Git)

Other Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Proficient in Thai and English at intermediate level or above, sufficient for technical discussions,
  meetings, and written documentation
• Able to work onsite at least 4 days per week
