What you will do

As a SAP Functional Analyst in our IT department, you will work collaboratively within an Agile team to:

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate across IT teams to design and implement application solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for business processes and applications.
• Assist in project management and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

About you

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related fields

• Fluent in English: TOEIC 750+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
• 3-5 years of experience in one or more of these SAP modules: FI, SD, MM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage workload under time pressure
• Knowledge of Business Application design, implementation, change management and software development lifecycle.
• Basic ABAP programing and debugging is a plus

Skills and Experiences That Will Be a Plus:

• Support S/4HANA Finance modules (FICO, GL, Fixed Assets, Volumetric Accounting)
• Support of Financial Interfaces used for period closure and reporting & batch scheduling (Blackline, RMJ, PAPM, etc.)
• Ability to translate financial requirements into system solutions, with strong knowledge of accounting processes and financial reporting
• Collaborate across IT and functional teams to ensure integration and process alignment
• Willingness to share knowledge and upskill team members
• Excellent in English communication (verbal and written)
• Agile experience
• Azure DevOps

• Basic knowledge of AI concepts and Generative AI is a plus
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to enhance work efficiency
