Helpdesk / Client Support
Responsibilities :-
- Answer customer calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
- Provide Software telephone support, analyze the problem and coordinate with the related team to prepare the best solution for customers.
- Contribute positively towards the achievement of performance targets in all aspects of the teams’ activities.
Qualifications :-
- Thai nationality only
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Scienceor any related fields.
- IT knowledge is a must
- Experience in customer services would be advantage.
- Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
- Excellent customer handling skills with service minded.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Good command of Thai and English.
- Fluent in computer literacy.
- New graduated are welcome.
