Network Engineer Network & Security Analytic

 

Qualification:

 

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT related fields
• 0 – 3 years in related field
• Computer technical background (Web, Server, Linux, SQL database)
• IT infrastructure knowledge (Server, Network, Security)
• Experience in IT operations or Network monitoring is advantage
• Experience in IT services is advantage
• Application Programming background (HTML, CSS, Java Script, Java languages) is advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration skills and teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• High energy, self-motivation and quality orientation
• Ability to work remotely from customers and some team members

 

Job Description:

 

• Setup and implement Enterprise Software/Tools for network monitoring, network & security analysis system
• Onsite support and provide user problem resolution in customer environment
• Provide proactive communication regarding system outages or issues and work around
• Collaborating with team members to get requirement and develop solutions for the changes/fixes
• Test, verify and apply the changes/fixes on testing and production system
• Provide project documentation e.g. operation document, testing document, user manual
• Provide technical training including training material to customer
• Be able to communicate in English (Speaking, Listening, Writing)
