Junior Helpdesk Engineer (1st Oct onward)
Salary 25,000-30,000 THB
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in IT or related field
2-3 years experiences in general IT support
Basic knowledge in computer PC Hardware, LAN, Printer, O365
Able to work in shift
Responsibilities:
Perform call logging to ITSM tool (in house developed tool)
Perform remote support to end user PC or devices
Perform on site support to end user e.g. replace new PC, fix problem of handheld devices
Perform basic software (in-house and package) trouble shooting
Escalate to software support or infrastructure support team
Location:
Hi Tech Industry, Ayutthaya
