Key Purpose of this position
– To maintain IT Hardware and Clients and ensure they are up and running , monitoring computer system and network.
System Maintenance
– Provide IT support to business and users in both hardware and software problem
– Install and set up new PC/Printer/Laptop included basic software installation and set up
– Monitoring and maintain computer system and network
– Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
– Redirect problems to appropriate resource
– Servers maintenance and configuration
– Track and Route problem requests and document resolution
– Stay current with PC/Laptop/Printer Information, changes and updates included monitor expiry date of warranty for IT assets and process renewal or extend warranty
– Ensure any potential problem such as performance degradation, reliability and security issues are reported to IT system & Infra. Asst. Manager
– Provide end user training included user training guide and advance support on assigned application
– Perform quarterly hardware checking (Client) included report creating
– Perform Software testing and administer helpdesk for assigned software as require
– IT Hardware sourcing and price comparison
– Follow the standard procedure and to ensure the compliance of ISO standard are maintained at all time
General Tasks
– Communicate with the vendor for IT hardware sourcing when necessary
– Perform others duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
– Age 24 and above
– 3 years experience in similar position
– Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science
– Fluency in English languare and ability to communicate and work with others
– Able to work independently
– able to work longer than normal work hour as required by Manager
