| Solution Consultant (Presales) – Cloud & Datacenter |
Responsibilities:
-
Design/architect, consult and recommend the appropriate solution to the customers.
-
Create strategic plans and convince to win against competitors.
-
Presale support in strategic accounts such as solution presentation, benchmark, do proposal (TH/ENG) and competitive analysis.
-
Cooperate to sales & support team to generate bill of material, scope of service and verification in project.
Qualifications:
-
Thai Nationality
-
Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
-
Knowledge in Operating System; Windows Server and Unix/Linux
-
Good knowledge in SAN, NAS, iSCSI technology
-
At least 1 year’s experience in designing and propose the solution related to Server and Storage technology.
-
Experience in the enterprise servers and storage (HPE, IBM and DELL EMC) integrated to backup or ERP system.
-
Experience in designing Virtualization / Hyper Converged Infrastructure
-
Experience in designing Backup & DR Solution
-
Good communication skill and able to converse well in English.
-
Knowledge and able to design private/hybrid cloud infrastructure is an advantage
