The successful candidate will join the Service and Process Management Team and will be responsible for the support of IT Service Management Processes & Tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engages with various teams ensuring the team has review and provide up-to-date support information for their team.
- Provide support on Administrative function for IT Service Management Tools (ServiceNow).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Strong analytical skills and engagement ability.
- Detailed oriented.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse styles, skills, and across cultures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analyzing data.
