Scope of the Role

A Project Support Engineer is responsible to support the project team to achieve the quality management rules and standard within the project. A Project Support Engineer is expecting to be the first point of contact for quality relevant questions from the project team.
Responsibilities
-
Support project team during the project initiation/setup in accordance to quality standard and procedure.

Specify quality requirements to project team and support the team to achieve the quality requirement.

Providing guidance, consulting, training and support to projects with regard to the project implementation and adherence to project-specific quality guidelines.

Executing document reviews and support document correction.

Supporting the creation of high-level project documents (Functional Specification, Functional Risk & Impact Assessment, Traceabilities)

Preparing and executing Quality Gate reviews prior releasing deliverable to customer.

Support of project status reporting.

Tracking of corrective and preventive actions.

Preparation and support of external customer audits
