Key Responsibilities
- Pre/Post sales support
- Work with sales and proposing company solutions to customer
- Focus on networks and security technologies
- Demo / Proof of concept by product
- Service and Support
- Provide Support and Trouble Shooting for customer
Education and Experience
- Male/Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in Network administration, Computer science or Information Technology
- Experience 2-5 years in Network/Internet Security engineer
- Knowledge on Firewall, IPS
- Knowledge on Switch and Router
- Knowledge on Network Security, Router, IP, WAN, LAN
- Presales technical support experience will be advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Good presentation and communication skills and the ability to explain complicated technical information in business terms are required
