Patkol Public Company Limited – Software Analyst Supervisor

Qualification:

• Thai Nationality 25 years of age and above.

• Male or Female

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science, Business Computer or other related fields.

• Have at least 1-3 year experience in implementation or Support any software package in Accounting, Financial, Distribution, Manufacturing such as Infor CloudSuite – SyteLine , MS Dynamics AX , Oracle , etc.

• Good leadership, strong analytical, problem solving, and good interpersonal skill.

• Ability to work under pressure situation

• High interest in knowing new technologies and constantly updating knowledge

• Good presentation skills with strong abilities in handling questions

• Positive, can-do and teamwork attitudes.

• Implement at least 1-3 year (ERP, SAP, Oracle)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Team Leader Follow by assigned tasks and Manage project scope of works

• Defining, analyst and mapping the needs of the client’s business

• Design business process flow to map with applications’ functionalities

• Prepare the customized specification

• Prepare manual and user training

• Data conversion/migration

• Conduct project team member (junior consultant) to meet project schedule and deliverables, support any member too.

• Provide Helpdesk support

• Design alternate options or walk-around solutions if there are application or system limitation

• Demo business process flow or applications’ functional solution to customer
