Scope of activities;
- Reporting to Senior IT Specialist
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Providing support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems to the end-users
- Involving in the company new system implementation as well as providing training to the end-users
- Providing support for in-house application system and software upgrading that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of application system problems
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers and internal support teams to solve problems
- Ensuring compliance of the IT systems with corporate policy/guidelines
Qulifications;
- Age 23-30 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
- Experience 1-3 years in IT support, Help Desk, IT On-site Services or related fields
- Service-mind, self-motivated and flexible
- Fair command in English
- Microsoft Windows Operating Systems: Windows 7, 10
- Network skills: Internet Connectivity, Mail Host Services, Network (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN) etc.
- Mobile Platform Technologies: iOS, Android, etc.
