Technical Consultant (Security and Virtualization product)

Work location: 5 minutes from BTS Chongnonsri / MRT Samyan

Qualifications:

• Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience working in one or more of the following roles: systems/network administration, web/database administration, application support, application design/programming
• Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of basic networking components and concepts. Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues
• Familiar with Security products like Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN etc
• Familiar with Virtualization products like VMWare, Hyper-V etc
• Experience with Linux/Windows shell scripting / Cloud and Big Data technologies
• Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for help when needed.
• Passionate in helping customers to solve problems
• Good English communication, both writing and speaking skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promotion and sales of the company’s suite of products (Security product and Virtualization product)
• Liaise with and develop relationship with principals, strategic accounts
• Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to the sales team
• Responsible for delivering product demonstrations to customers and in marketing events
• Work closely with technical partner on proof of values (POVs) in customers’ environment
• Work with vendor’s presales and support team to resolve technical issues
