Project System Engineer
System Management Unit, IT Operations Department
Responsibilities :
- Design, plan, implement computer’s system and infrastructure projects and support other IT projects
- Maintain, optimize, troubleshoot and resolve computer’s system and infrastructure to meet business objectives and SLAs
- Perform day-to-day IT operation services, incident, problem, request and change management
- Ensure IT operation compile with security policy and regulatory compliance
- Monitor system performance. Ensure availability and reliability
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related subject
- Experience working on Computer’s systems management at least 2 years
- Good communication English language (TOEIC Score > 600)
