Responsibilities
● Manage one or more agile projects, preferably through the Agile/Scrum process
● Work together with the clients, project team and business management
● Understanding the need of the client, be able to collect requirements and present them to the project team
● Develop and update project master plan and project work plan through scrum sprint
● Manage and control project deliverable according to project objectives, requirements and quality
● Managing and reporting on budget, schedule, and work progress towards goals
● Develop project risk mitigation plan and manage daily project issues
● Lead meetings to present project plan, progress, handover, issues and problem solving solution to project steering committee or cadence or PMO
● Provide direction and clear goals, make the team understand what is expected by the client
● Coordinate and motivate the team to achieve a significant project
● Write high-level functional specifications and maintain them during the project
● Oversee technical aspects, functional aspects, system architecture and documents
● Monitor hours and budget of the projects
● Develop and monitor billing of multiple projects
● Provide advice to the team whenever they need it and point them in the right direction
● Understand and manage the different team members in the project
● Run the daily Agile project process, like standup, planning etc.
● Contribute to the company’s overall delivery process
● Build a close relationship with the clients
● Keep project standard and security of the clients
● Comply to non-disclosure agreement and other agreement related to the project
● Assist to do presale and develop proposal as necessary
Qualifications – Specific to position
● Professional services and/or consulting business background, preferably in the international IT consulting companies
● Business mindset: We’re helping clients, and want to grow our own business
● Understanding of both design and technology
● Agile/Scrum, certificates are a big plus
● Used to managing Agile based projects
● Experience working with enterprise clients, and big scale custom software projects.
● Software engineer background is a big plus
Qualifications – General
● Systematic, detail-oriented
● Ambitious and driven personality, willing to take ownership of actions
● Thai national
● Fluent in Thai and English
● 3+ years of software development business experience, ideally from consultancy or software development agencies.
● 3+ full cycle software project management successful
● A degree in computer/technology related discipline or equivalent work experience
