Sr. Java Developer / Java Developer
Responsibilities
– Researching, designing, and implementing software programs mostly in Spring Framework and/or Angular Framework
– Testing and evaluating your own work
– Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
– Writing and implementing efficient code
– Deploying software by appropriate selection of tools and procedure of the company standard
– Determining operational practicality
– Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
– Senior Developer should be able to coach and provide coding guidelines to other colleagues
– Senior Developer should be able to lead in code review session
Qualification
– Bachelor in Computer Science or Computer Software Engineering or relating field
– Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Objective C, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Go.
– Good understanding in emerging web and mobile development models
– Solid understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST and API design for extensibility and portability
– Working knowledge of object-oriented design and development skills
– Understanding of Scrum/Agile and SDLC development methodologies
– Ability to use version control software such as GIT and SVN
– Attention to detail and desire to improve the quality of work
– Creativity & systematic problem solving
– Critical and analytical thinking
– Self-learner with quick adaptation to new technologies
– Ability to work alone and teamwork proactively.
– Experience in leading the team is a plus
– Good communication skills in verbal and written English is a plus
– Experience in JAVA, Spring Framework is a plus, but Senior Developer MUST have at least 2 years experience
– Experience in Angular Framework is a plus, but Senior Developer MUST have at least 1 year experience
– Senior Developer MUST have ability to build or experienced in initiating the project from the scratch
