Job responsibilities:

Handle user inquiry, request, incidents and problems as an IT service desk member.

Regular operation and maintenance of ERP (IFS) and related system.

Working on-site at customer office as a member of IT section. (Working at Amatanakorn-Chonburi)

Documentation and reporting to both customer and line manager.

To manage and lead a team to provide IT service desk.
Qualification:

Female, 27-35 years old

Bachelor’s degree in IT fields or related.

Good command of English, Japanese will be advantage.
-
Minimum of 3 years experience working in IT support/application support/ERP support.
-
have knowledge of ERP software, Financial software will be advantage.
