Supporting
– Working with related teams to resolve system, software application issue.
– Tracking business software application incident/problem case to ensure the problem is resolved.
– Working with customer support representative to diagnose and provide resolution to customer problem.

Management
– Analyze business processes and information systems to improve on existing business processes.
Skills & Experiences
– Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
– Stong knowledge business processes
