– จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ในสาขาหรือที่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขา คอมพิวเตอร์/ไฟฟ้าโทรคมนาคม/วิทยาศาสตร์ สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์
– มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในด้านที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3-5 ปี
– มีประสบการณ์ในการใช้ Logger/ SIEM / EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response)/ DNS/ Microsoft AD มาก่อนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
Work location: 15 minutes from BTS Chongnonsi
Qualifications:
- Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience working in one or more of the following roles: systems/network administration, web/database administration, application support, application design/programming
- Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of basic networking components and concepts. Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues
- Familiar with Security products like Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN, Logger, SIEM etc
- Familiar with Virtualization products like VMWare, Hyper-V etc
- Experience with Linux/Windows shell scripting / Cloud and Big Data technologies
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for help when needed.
- Passionate in helping customers to solve problems
- Good English communication, both writing and speaking skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for promotion and sales of the company’s suite of products (Security product and Virtualization product)
- Liaise with and develop relationship with principals, strategic accounts
- Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to the sales team
- Responsible for delivering product demonstrations to customers and in marketing events
- Work closely with technical partner on proof of values (POVs) in customers’ environment
- Work with vendor’s presales and support team to resolve technical issues
