Your Role and Responsibilities

Sales and delivery:

Employees in this role have the experience, knowledge, skills and leadership to drive the sales of new business opportunities and the delivery of services to clients for Application and Data AI. The understanding on large and complex services engagements in this specific area of expertise including the appropriate methods and skills needed to solve client business problems will be required. Establish strong, trusted relationships with clients through the ability to articulate solutions, and other areas of Kyndryl used in the delivery of complex services. Identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions, required to win the business.

When not participating in sales activities such as new business development or bid and proposal activity, they support or lead billable client activities within their area of practice and participate in related Account, Solution, or Industry activities. The position will require to fulfill sales targets and service delivery expectations.


An Associate Partner in this incentive role is expected to have proven experience and knowledge needed to develop new business opportunities, leading to client acceptance of Kyndryl terms and conditions for services delivery. Experience, develop and maintains comprehensive technical knowledge and expertise in appropriate Kyndryl project services offerings is required. This role is expected to contribute to the growth and development of offers and intellectual capital within their aligned practice. This position requires the skills needed to win client trust and confidence leading to the acceptance of new proposals in a manner that supports and reinforces business objectives within their area of practice.

Client Leadership:

Associate Partners will be assigned a book of accounts and are expected to establish trusted long-term relationships with those clients through their ability to articulate solutions and develop strong and trusted relationships with other areas within Kyndryl used in the delivery of complex services. They are expected to identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development of solutions, and drive the opportunity to closure working across Kyndryl as required to win the business. They Must be familiar with the contractual requirements and be capable of drafting and reviewing responses to Requests for Information (RFI), responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP), Kyndryl contracts, and Kyndryl statements of work.

They are accountable for:

1.Individual signing’s objective of $4-6M based on country alignment

2.A&IS overall signings working across Partner/Associate Partner teams

3.Achieving win rate objectives as assigned

4.Individual billable utilization objective of 10% for Partners and 20% for Associate Partners.

5.Achieving as sold GP%
