หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
– Able to work in shift or/and in Nonthaburi (Sai Noi, Bangbuathong) Zone.
– Design CDP technical solutions based on the business requirement (functional requirements)
– Create a functional requirement specification document
– Manage the help desk system internally.
– Understand customer requirements.
– Document and prepare service reports to the customer.
– Provide remote Application support and maintenance services to the customer.
– Manage projects and effectively resolve customer issues.
– Work closely with the team to ensure the timely completion of client deliverables.
– Develop and consult customers on the Big Data Technology and Infrastructure design, setup, and implementation.

คุณสมบัติ
– Bachelor’s degree in BA, IT, Economics, Marketing, Business Computer, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Quantitative Marketing, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
– 2-4 years experiences in Application Support or Software Support field.
– Experience in SQL, CDP, ERP, SAP, SAS, CRM solutions, Digital Consulting or Salesforce is a plus.
– Experience in Software and Architecture design, Software or Application development, and Software development life cycle is a plus.
– Good command of English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
– Service minded.
– SQL language skills.
– Data Analyst, Database, Database Schema and/or Dashboard, PowerBI, CDP System, and Notion skill.
– Good communication skills.
– High ability to learn new technology.
– Knowledge about CRM/Salesforce is a plus.
– Knowledge of Software installation and setting up.
– Knowledge of Operating Systems (Cloud Technology) and TCP/IP Networking.
