IT Customer Support (Shiftwork)
Responsibilities;
- Receive and response customer for incidents/requirements via call and mails.
- Being the first contact point for customers.
- Maintain daily performance of customer network service and respond to customer as soon as possible.
- Record customer’s requests, open case and follow-up for incidents, problems, queries until resolution.
- Provide basic troubleshooting with escalation to second-tier engineer. (if needed)
- Create work procedure and perform basic network configuration change
- Summarize data for supporting the monthly report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, Business Computer, or related field.
- Fluent in English communication skills
- Have 2-3 years in IT support/Helpdesk
- Have Strong Service Mind and Good Mindset.
- Can work together with team members and working under pressure.
- Have technical knowledge about Network (LAN,WAN)
- CCNA or equivalent hands-on networking experience will be advantage.
- Able to work as shiftwork/weekend as below.
- 08:30 – 17:30
- 12:00 – 21:00
- 21:00 – 08:30
IT Customer Support (Server)
Responsibilities;
- Receive and response customer for incidents/requirements related to PC, Basic Network (LAN,WAN), issue via call and e-mail.
- Offsite & Onsite troubleshoot problem about PC, Basic Network (LAN,WAN) issues.
- Coordinate with related parties to troubleshoot and update until problem is solved.
- Onsite do the preventive maintenance of customer’s server and create report then submit to customer. (Monthly, Weekly) for PC related issues, Hardware, Software, Business Application, printer setting.
- Support & troubleshoot internal server issues and and internal IT issues
- Create document in English (e.g. Monthly report, How-to, FAQ) and keep docuemtn up to date.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science,IT, Computer Engineering, Business Computer, or other related field
- Have experience 2-3 years in helpdesk IT support of server issues (as a main) and other some PC, Network issues or have experience in server’s admin role but also willing to learn and do the support work in customer’s site
- If Have knowledge about cloud service such as AWS will be advantage
- Have troubleshooting skill, Strong service mind and Good mindset
- Can work together with other team’s members and can work under pressure
