Responsibilities – Lead Python Django Developer
- 5+ Years of strong experience in supporting Team technical. Ex. Python Django
- Any exposure to .net Core or GoLang is plus.
- Strong experience in writing unit test cases and automated unit testing with Junit or relevant tools.
- Exposure in Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud platforms.
- Very strong and very fast learning capability.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in leading technical teams.
- Strong experience in reviewing code and investigating issues.
- Strong experience in performing root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.
- Be a Thought Leader who has the capability to provide technical guidance for a team.
- Able to define the flow of data between the applications that must be integrated and map business process activities to the applications that support them.
- Collaborate the activities of development and ensure adherence to standards and continuous improvement.
- Identify the impact to business and IT architecture from development point of view and able to propose the proper solution.
- Able to lead a team of 4 developers to the next level and build the new culture and elite development team
- Maintain and refresh Development tool stacks related to development, so the team can maintain the development speed and application quality. Also, promote the use of these tools to other teams when required.
- Help other API development teams by co-creating when required.
Skills And Qualifications ( Lead Python Django Developer )
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- 5-7 years of working experience of solid, demonstrable experience in API manual and automation testing.
- Knowledge of API development.
- Strong experience in performing root-cause analysis and preliminary problem diagnosis.
- Systems thinking – the ability to see how parts interact with the whole (big picture thinking).
- Root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in manual and automated API/Microservices, Regression and Performance testing for large-scale systems.
- Ability to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical people may understand.
- Ability to lead a technical team to work closely and alongside vendor’s teams to deliver as required as well as transfer knowledge and gain required skills from vendor.
- Management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Very strong and very fast learning capability.
- Experience and knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
