This IT Application Development Manager role leads a team of developers and analysts in designing, developing, and implementing business applications, primarily using Microsoft Dynamics O365 F&O and AX 2012. The position requires extensive ERP experience (10+ years), including installation, configuration, development, and customization of Dynamics platforms. The manager will oversee the full project lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills are essential, along with a technical background in ERP systems and a related degree.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers and analysts in the design, development, and implementation of business applications using Microsoft Dynamics O365 F&O and AX 2012.
Oversee the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Provide hands-on expertise in the installation, configuration, and development of ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics O365 F&O and AX 2012.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to align business application initiatives with organizational goals.
Drive process improvements and system enhancements to optimize the performance and scalability of business applications.
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure the quality and timely delivery of services.
Prepare regular reports on project status, team performance, and system health. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all business applications and processes.
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
10+ years of experience in ERP systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics O365 F&O and AX 2012.
Proven expertise in ERP installation, configuration, development, and customization.
Strong knowledge of business processes and application integration.
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading technical teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Solid project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
