We are building Thailand’s next-generation AI-driven healthcare ecosystem — combining intelligent symptom assessment, 24/7 telemedicine, telepharmacy, and nationwide Smart Health Kiosks.
We’re looking for a Tech Lead to architect and scale the platform that will serve millions of users across Thailand.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
🚀 You will lead:
• System Architecture – Design scalable systems for Web, Mobile, and IoT (Smart Health Kiosks).
• Hybrid Engineering – Oversee real-time services (Node.js) and transactional systems (Laravel).
• Operational Excellence – Implement Offline-First capabilities, CI/CD pipelines, and secure cloud infrastructure.
• AI Deployment – Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models into clinical workflows.
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
🛠️ Tech & Standards We Use:
• Stack: Node.js (NestJS), Laravel, React / Next.js, Docker / Kubernetes, AWS / GCP
• Health Data & Compliance: HL7 / FHIR, ICD-10 / 11, TMT, LOINC, PDPA, with HIPAA-style best practices
